Perfect for the absolute beginner! In this introductory class, you'll get comfortable with the basics of sewing by learning the parts of a sewing machine, how to properly thread both the machine and bobbin, and understanding the different types of needles. Once you've got the fundamentals down, you'll put your new skills into practice by creating a simple and stylish pillow cover to take home.
JACKMAN’S FABRICS CLASS POLICY: You’ll receive a Discount Card and a supply list upon class enrollment! Please support us by purchasing, from Jackman’s, the fabrics and supplies used in our classes. Total class fee is required at time of enrollment. No refunds will be given unless Jackman’s cancels the class. If you cancel at least 10 days in advance, you will be given store credit, which may be used for another class or merchandise. You will be called only if a class is cancelled, so mark your calendar, and come ready to learn and have fun!
