This "Labor warranty" is exclusively provided by Jackman's Fabrics and is not honored by Baby Lock or any other Baby Lock Dealer. This one-year labor warranty starts the date a new machine is purchased from Jackman’s Fabrics and includes repairs, adjustments, and replacing parts covered by the manufacturers part warranty.
To obtain the one-year free labor warranty the purchaser must bring the machine to a Jackman’s Fabrics store location. If shipping the machine use original box and packaging material, ship freight prepaid to a Jackman’s Fabrics store location after emailing for shipping authorization. Jackman’s Fabrics is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the machine during shipping to or from the purchaser.
