JUKI machines one-year free labor warranty at no cost. This "labor warranty" is exclusively provided by Jackman’s Fabrics and is not honored by JUKI AMERICA or any other JUKI AMERICA Dealer. This one-year labor warranty starts the date a new machine is purchased from Jackman’s Fabrics and includes repairs, adjustments, and replacing parts covered by the manufacturers part warranty.
To obtain the one-year free labor warranty the purchaser must bring the machine to a Jackman’s Fabrics store location. If shipping the machine use original box and packaging material, ship freight prepaid to a Jackman’s Fabrics store location after emailing for shipping authorization. Jackman’s Fabrics is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the machine during shipping to or from the purchaser.
